From Outside to Inside:Century Evolution of School System of Special Education in China

中国特殊学校出现后的百余年里,特殊教育经历着一个曲折的孕育与发展过程。其在清末与民国时期,或被拒斥于学制体系之外,或长时间游离于学制体系边缘。新中国成立后,特殊教育几经改革与演变,逐步奠定了其在学制中的位置,得以融入现代学制体系之中,形成了今天的发展样势。

The school system of special education in China has a complex and long-term developmental history,existing almost one hundred years through the special schools emerged in China.In the interval of the late Qing dynasty and the Republic of China,the school system of special education was either excluded the school systems,or dissociating the edge of the school systems.After several twists and turns,special schools have slowly got included in the modern school systems with the establishment of New China and has coming formed a relatively independent school system.
