摘要
通过对湖北、广东两省职业院校中退役军人的职业培训调研,了解我国退役军人参加职业培训的现状,对相关政策效果进行了微观层次的评估和分析。文中从缺位和到位两个角度分析退役军人职业培训缺位的障碍因素及参训的教育体验。详细探讨退役军人参与职业培训的动机、障碍、获得的支持、挑战,个体教育体会和政策终端评价等。同时对应性对学校特殊的管理经验进行分析。从多维度、基层、微观的角度来全面描述退役军人教育的现状和问题,为相关政策调整和职业院校更好地开展相应教育提供研究支持。
The article describes the present situation of veterans ’ professional training in China. It analyses the veterans’ absence of the education and also discusses the education experience of the veterans who take part in the training. The veteran is a new and unique community in the campus. Their education motivation, study obstacles, social support , life challenge are different from the ordinary students . Such difference challenges present university management. From the diverse, grass root and microcosmic perspectives, the article gave some policy analysis about veterans’ professional training.
