摘要 社区教育专职教师作为践行社区教育,倡导终身教育理念的专职群体,在实践过程中愈益需要提升专业化,提升满足社区民众教育需求的服务质量,才能应对复杂的社区环境。文章从赋权增能角度探讨专职教师可持续专业化途径,增强其从事该职业的尊严感和幸福感,进而实现从准专业到专业化的过渡,伴随历史发展和社会需求,可以预见社区教育专职教师将走向专业发展的道路。 Community education full-time teachers as a professional group for the practice of community education and advocating the concept of lifelong education in the process of practice increasingly need to improvetheir profession to deal with the complex community environment, to improve their quality of service of meeting the demand of community education. This article from the perspective of empowerment is to study the full-time teacher CPD (Continuing Professional Development)and holds that it is necessary to enhance the teachsers’ career in the dignity and happiness and to realize the transition from professional to professional. With the historical development and the social demand, it can be foreseen that community education full-time teachers will go to the path of professional development.
