摘要
教师职业历史悠久,教师专业化的历程却步履维艰。教师专业化发展主要在以下几个方面着力:建立一套界限分明的知识与技能体系;加强对证书标准和从教的要求;提升专业领域内的自治能力;以崇高的威望赢得社会认可。
Teacher is a profession with a long history, but the process of teacher professionalization is full of difficulties. To develop teacher professionalization, it is needed to focus on the following 4 aspects: to built a well-defined system of knowledge and skills; to strengthen the standards of teacher certification and the requirements to be a teacher; to enhance autonomy ability in the professional field; to win social acceptance by establishing a lofty prestige.
