摘要
我国各地在高校招生中对少数民族学生的加分政策在加分依据、加分对象、加分分值等方面差异悬殊,但都可以归为"静态等额加分模式"。文章在全面梳理各地现行政策的基础上,通过对案例省份现行少数民族加分政策效果的分析,提出"动态等值加分模式"及其具体操作方案。数据模拟结果显示,新的加分模式在科学性、灵活性和公平性方面均具有明显的优势。
There are obvious regional differences in many respects in favorable scoring policies of ethnic minority examinees in Gaokao; however, all the policies can be classified as a static invariant model. On the basis of reviewing the current favorable scoring policies in different provinces, a dynamic equivalence model and its operation scheme have been put forward after a case study analyzing the effects of the favorable scoring policy. According to the simulation results, this new dynamic model has significant superiority in terms of rationality, flexibility and social justice.
