摘要
近年来,随着国家政策的推行,各地政府开始关注和重视中等职业教育的发展。但是,良好的发展平台却无助于改善中职学校的负面形象,人们对中职学生的评价普遍较低。文章以广东省一所中职学校为例,重点关注青少年的身份认同危机及其应对策略。研究发现,在宏观、中观和微观因素的共同影响下,中职学生的认同危机表现得尤为明显。他们不愿意接受群体身份,有强烈的自卑感,并已形成自我贬抑的倾向。面对认同危机,中职学生会采取个体/行为、个体/认知和集体/认知型的应对策略。
Under the guidance of national policy, the local governments started to pay attention and attach importance to the secondary vocational education in recent years.However, the students in the secondary vocational schools encounter universal social prejudice.In this paper, a secondary vocational school in Guangdong province is cited as an example. The author focuses on the crisis of identity and the students ’ coping strategies.The study finds that the macro and micro factors interact to give rise to the crisis of identity. When facing identity crisis, they will choose Individual/Behavioural Strategies, Individual/Cognitive Strategies, Collective/Behavioural Strategies and Collective/Cognitive Strategies to cope with the situation.
