免费师范生进退机制的两难抉择——基于教育部六所直属师范大学的情况分析 被引量:2

摘要 在我国,免费师范生不应是一个具有特殊地位的群体,遵循人才培养规律、建立并完善进退转换机制是势所必然。环视现状,制度形成主体失当、转换对象模糊、手段简单、淘汰机制欠缺等弊端逐渐显现。建立科学顺畅的进退机制,必须厘清价值取向、形成主体、转换代价、实施范围和与相关政策的关联等方面的诸多两难问题。针对这些问题,必须强化政府干预,形成完整制度体系,细化测试考核,统一范围手段,保持开放兼容,不断创新实践。 Free normal students should not be a special and important group in China.It is necessary for the normal schools to follow the talent training rules, to establish and perfect the law and transformation mechanism. In current situation, there are some problems such as improper subject, fuzzy converting object, using simple means and being short of the elimination mechanism in Chinese education system. These malpractices are gradually arising. It is needed to clarify the value orientation, form the main body, switch cost and pay attention to many difficult problems, such as the problem of cope of implementation and the related policies so as to establish a scientific and smooth advance and retreat mechanism. Based on this, it put forward that it is also necessary to strengthen the government intervention, form a complete system, refine the measurement, unify the test range and means, and maintain the open and compatible and innovative practice measures.
