摘要
我国地方大学在学术制度变迁的宏观背景下的应对逻辑深刻地影响着青年教师的学术生存策略。通过对一所地方大学青年教师的个案研究发现:地方大学相对于重点大学而言,处于边缘的"第三世界";在学术制度变迁的进程中,地方大学相应的学术制度更多是符合制度环境的"合法性"要求而流于形式的;地方大学青年教师的学术行为,更多是为了符合人们对"知识分子"的合法身份认知并在制度夹缝中寻求利益最大化。由于他们教学任务繁重及处于学术圈边缘位置,因此更趋于采取游击式和投机式的学术生存策略,而这种策略进一步加剧了他们的边缘化。
With the current background of academic system changes, the ordinary local university's response logic impacts their young teachers' academic survival strategy. This case study of young teachers in a local university found that comparing with major universities, the local university is situated at the marginalized'Third World'. In the process of academic system changes, teaching-based local university introduced the corresponding academic system more out of accord with the institutional 'legitimacy' requirements and the actual execution is not strong. The young teachers in local universities conduct academic behavior more out of meeting their 'intellectuals' legal identity and seek to maximize benefits. They likely tend to adopt a guerrillastyle and speculative academic survival strategy because of their heavy teaching task and marginalized academic circle.
