摘要
均衡发展是义务教育的本质要求,也是教育公平的重要体现。均衡发展不仅包括教育的基础设施等静态的教育资源的均衡发展,更强调教师等动态的教育资源的均衡发展。文章分析武陵山区农村义务教育教师均衡配置的现实困境,并对武陵山农村义务教育教师均衡配置优化提出了相关对策:建立合理的政府导向机制;创造良好的农村义务教育生态环境;建立不同层次的资源配置平衡机制。
The balanced development of compulsory education is the basic requirements, but also an important embodiment of educational equity. Balanced development includes not only the educational infrastructure and static educational resources development but also indicate that of teacher education resources allocation. On the basis of discussing the connotation of teacher equilibrium configuration in rural compulsory education, the paper analyses the realistic difficulties from Wuling Mountain area 's rural compulsory education teacher equilibrium configuration. The research proposes some relevant measures as establishing of reasonable government guidance mechanism and the creating of a good rural compulsory education ecological environment as well as setting up different levels of resource allocation balance mechanism.
