高职院校办学条件与人才培养质量关系的实证研究——以川渝8所院校为例 被引量:3

摘要 通过构建投入产出指标体系,建立相关系数矩阵和多元回归模型,实证分析了高职办学条件与人才培养质量的相关性及其影响路径。结论表明,办学投入与人才培养质量产出关系密切,前者对后者的影响明显,其中师资力量对提高毕业生就业率有较大的促进作用,设施设备则对职业资格证书获取和主要行业人才贡献产生积极影响,生均培养成本对毕业生半年后的月收入产生滞后影响。应积极推进师资培养和引进,加快校内外实践条件建设,提高教育经费的使用效率。 By constructing the input-output index system, establishing the correlation matrix and multiple regression models, this paper empirically studies the school conditions impacting on the quality of the training perspective. Conclusion shows that the investment in education is closely related with the quality of the training outputs, and the former's effect on the latter is obvious, in which teachers raise the employment rate of graduates and have a greater role in promoting, and the facilities and equipment can raise the rate of vocational qualification certificate obtaining and major industry talent has a positive impact on contributions, but the cost of student training of graduates have six months lagged effect on students' monthly income. It is suggested to actively promote teacher training and the introduction of school practice conditions to accelerate construction and to improve the efficiency of funding use for education.
