中职女生自信心及其与学业成绩的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 自信心是中职女生在自我成长和发展过程中表现出的一种核心心理要素。中职女生自信心的相关研究,对促进其心理及学业技能的协同发展,提升中职教育管理绩效,培养高素质的职业人才具有非常重要的价值。本研究采用"青年自信问卷"对768名中职女生的自信心水平及学业成绩进行了调查。研究结果显示,中职女生的自信心处于中等水平;自信心各因子均分大小依次是成就自信、人际自信、品质自信、应对自信和才智自信。以人口学变量为自变量,中职女生自信心及各因子为因变量的方差分析结果显示,中职女生自信心及各因子水平在生源地、有无留守经历、家庭结构及学业成绩等方面存在不同程度的显著性差异;而在是否独生方面并未检验出明显的差异性。自信心及各维度与学业成绩均呈显著的正相关,同时自信心及各维度对学业成绩具有正向的预测力。 Confidence is a core psychological factor expressed by the girls of vocational education in their self-growth process.The study of their self-confidence develeopment in vocational education has very important value and can promote the coordinated development of their psychological and academic skills, improve management performance in vocational education and the training of qualified professional personnel. served as subjects in this study, a quetionair is adopted to survey the self-confidence and academic achievement of the768 girl students in secondary vocational school. The results are as follows: these girl Students ' confidence is in the medium level, the degree of eachrelavent factor is inorder of the achievements of self-confidence,interpersonal confidence, quality of self-confidence, reply confidence self-confidence to intelligence. For these girl Students' self-confidence and its' factors, there are significant differences in terms of urban and rural students; Left-behind children students and non- Left-behind children students; single and non single-parent students and students of different academic achievement,but between the only-child and non-only-child ' selfconfidence and its' factors there is no significant differences. There are close relations between self-confidence(including five factors) and academic achievement, and the self-confidence and it 'factors have positive Predictions on student s' academic achievement.
