摘要
追求时尚是当代大学生显示青春活力和人格魅力的行为特征。啦啦操作为一项时尚、新颖的体育运动项目,以其动感的音乐、优美的动作,逐渐受到广大学生的喜爱。发展高校啦啦操运动,有利于激发大学生运动审美情趣,提高大学生参与阳光体育活动的积极性。文章以南昌地区高校为样本,调查大学生啦啦操运动的开展情况,分析其中存在的问题与不足,并对引导这一流行时尚运动的发展提出相关建议。
The pursuit of fashion is one of the natures of contemporary college students. gymnastic as a popular and fashion sport loved by college student gradually for its background music and well designed gymnastic movement. To develop the gymnastics in college can improve student's aesthetic taste and enrich the sports activities. This report researches into the current development state of gymnastics in the colleges in Nanchang by discovering the problems and shortcomings. Based on the analysis, this report also gives certain suggestions for the further development.
