以德育叙事育“为师之德”——以全日制教育硕士培养为例

摘要 在呼唤道德与道德重建的社会背景下,作为培养有"德行"人才的高等学校,不应仅仅成为"职业训练所"。培养全日制教育硕士这群特殊的未来之师,也须秉持这一原则。德育叙事作为众多德育方法中的一种,在全日制教育硕士"为师之德"培养中发挥着三大特殊作用——克服说教;榜样示范;深入心灵。通过全日制教育硕士为学期间的显性形式和隐性形式的叙事,以及叙述实习期间所见所闻、所感所思,德育叙事为其为师之德的培养提供了新思路。 Morality and moral reconstruction are appealed by human beings. There is one principle that institutions of higher education should cultivate talents with virtue rather than offers vocational training only. It is also the principle that people should be adhered to in cultivating the special group,the full-time postgraduates with the master of education degree, as the pre-service teachers. As one of many moral education methods,the moral education narration plays three roles in cultivating moral qualities for teachers for this group, which are embodied in overcoming the sermon with higher efficiency,setting up an example with subtle influence and exerting kindly influence on their spiritual world. Through the explicit and implicit narration during the period of graduate as well as all that they have experienced during their internship, the moral education narration provides new ideas for training full-time postgraduates' moral qualities.
