摘要
根据社会能力和学术能力的发展状况,大学生可以划分为综合发展型、学术偏向型、社会偏向型和发展滞后型四种类型。利用北京大学教育学院2011年首都高校大学生发展调查数据,探讨院校支持和个体参与对不同类型学生发展的影响,结果显示,学生不同发展类型在专业、年级、性别等方面存在差异;院校支持是学生社会能力和学术能力发展的重要保障;个体参与对学生能力发展有重要的影响作用。
By using the data in 2011 from a Student Development Survey in Beijing Area, it analyzed how the institutional support and individual engagement affect college student engagement. Students can be classified into four types: comprehensive development model, academic preference model, society preference model and development lagging model. The main conclusions are that these students are different in majors, grades and genders; institutional support can guarantee students' society development and academic development; students' participation also plays an important role in student development.
