创新创业教育与大学生高质量就业——基于江西五所高校调研数据的实证分析

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and High Quality Employment of University Students——A Survey of Five Universities in Jiangxi Province

运用Logistic定量分析方法,从创新教育与创业教育两个角度分别分析它们与大学生高质量升学及高质量求职之间关系,并进一步分析影响创新教育和创业教育有效开展的关键性因素。文章发现:创新教育对于学生实现高质量"升学"就业的影响最大,促进作用最为明显,创业教育对于学生高质量"求职"就业的影响最大,促进作用最为明显;创新教育和创业教育的有效开展是提升高校毕业生高质量就业的关键;而学校组织、教师素质和课程设置则是影响创新教育和创业教育有效开展的重要因素,其中,课程设置最为关键。

This paper uses Logistic model to analyze the above relationship from the angles of innovation education and entrepreneurship education separately, and further analyze the key factors which influence the efficiency of innovation education and entrepreneurship education. The results are that firstly the innovation education has the greatest promotion effect on the high quality employment rate of 'further education'and the entrepreneurship education has the greatest promotion effect on the high quality employment rate of 'job hunting'; Secondly the innovation education and entrepreneurship education are the key to realize the successful employment of university students; Thirdly the school organization, the quality of teachers and the curriculum setting have significant influence on the efficiency of innovation education and entrepreneurship education and among them, the curriculum setting is the most influential factor.
