摘要
勃兴于21世纪初的我国社会环境下的社区学习共同体,是一种"微共同体",是人类早期共同体遗产的活性存在。社区学习共同体成员的共同学习,是基于人的本质意志的学习,即不为世俗功利羁绊的学习。视学习过程为目的还是手段,可以有效鉴别基于本质意志的学习和基于选择意志的学习。前者享受学习过程,而后者视学习过程为代价。在社区学习共同体,人是属于社区的生态式的互利共生的主体;不是社会化的知识组织、知识管理的工具,不是楚河汉界两边争胜的棋子。社区学习共同体成员真正的持续性的动机,是一种积极的情感上的分享体验、一种社区的归属感。
The community-learning community which was boomed under the social environment in China in early 21 st century,is a kind of 'Micro-community', and also the living existence of the heritage of early community of human kind. The mutual and common learning of community members is the learning activity that is based on the essence of human will, namely the learning without the fetter of worldly fame and interests.Regarding learning process as a purpose or a mean can be effectively used to identify the learning based on the nature will or the learning based on the choice of will.The former enjoy the learning process, while the latter regards learning as the expense. In this learning community, people belong to the community of ecologically mutual benefits,but not a socialized knowledge organization,or a knowledge management tool.It is not the chess pieces that are tried to win by both sides of a game. The continuous motivation of community learning members is a kind of positive emotional sharing experience and a sense of belonging in the community.
