中小学教师职业成熟度及其与职业价值观的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过抽取江苏省常州市的五所中小学的255名在职教师进行调查,研究中小学教师的职业成熟度的水平、特点及其与职业价值观关系。结论表明,中小学教师的职业成熟度处于中等偏上水平;职业成熟度与职业价值观在性别、年龄、教龄、学段、职称上存在显著性差异;中小学教师的职业成熟度与职业价值观在各维度上存在显著相关;中小学教师职业价值观的社会贡献、职业态度因子对教师的职业成熟度有预测作用。 This article, by mainly conducting a sampling survey of 255 in-service teachers from five primary and secondary schools in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, studies their professional maturity,characteristics and its relationship with the professional values. The analyses of the questionnaire data is followed by the conclusions: primary and secondary school teachers' professional maturity is above the average level; their professional maturity and professional values are significantly different in gender, age, teaching length of time, school location, and professional title; their professional maturity and professional values are quite different on various dimensions; the social contribution of their professional values and their professional attitude factors play a predictable role in teachers' professional maturity.
