摘要
目的 探讨局部振动对家兔免疫功能的影响及意义。方法 将家兔随机分为高强度振动组、中强度振动组、低强度振动组并进行接振试验。分别在试验前及试验第 10、2 0、3 0d对家兔进行血清IgA、IgG、IgM及补体C3 、补体C4的测定分析。结果 接振组家兔随接振时间的延长与接振剂量的增大 ,IgG、IgM、IgA、补体C3 、补体C4均有下降或显著下降的趋势(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 局部振动所导致机体的免疫功能下降 ,可能使机体对感染的易感性增强。
To study the effect of vibration to hind legs on the immune function of rabbits.Rabbits were divided into group A (vibration power of 3.03 m/s2), group B (6.13 m/s2), group C (12.25 m/s2) and group D (control group). The serum concentration of IgG, IgM, IgA, complement C 3 and complement C 4 were measured in each group before vibration test and on the 10th, 20th and 30th day during vibration test.With the prolonging of vibration time and the enhancing of vibration power, the serum concentration of IgG, IgM, IgA, complement C 3 and complement C 4 has a significantly decreasing tendency (P<0.05, P<0.01).[Conclusion]Local vibration can result in the decrease of immune function, which may increase the susceptibility to infection.
