摘要
目的研究康艾注射液的主要活性成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法分离康艾注射液的化学成分,通过波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构,并检索其药理活性。结果从康艾注射液浓缩物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为氧化苦参碱(1)、人参皂苷Rb_1(2)、人参皂苷Re(3)、人参皂苷Rf(4)、人参皂苷Rg_1(5)、黄芪甲苷(6)、毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)和6"-O-乙酰基-毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),其中6"-O-乙酰基-毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷为从该注射液中首次分离得到。结论康艾注射液中主要的活性成分为苦参素、人参皂苷类和黄酮类化合物,是其发挥抗肿瘤作用的物质基础。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the active constituents of Kang’ai Injection. METHODS The compounds in Kang’ai Injection were separated and purified by silica gel and high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic data and the bioactivities were retrieved. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and indentified as Oxymatrine( 1),Ginsenoside Rb1( 2),Ginsenoside Re( 3),Ginsenoside Rf( 4),Ginsenoside Rg1( 5),Astragaloside IV( 6),Calycosin-7-O-β-Dglucopyranoside( 7) and Calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-6″-O-acetate( 8). In these compounds, Calycosin-7-O-β-Dglucopyranoside-6″-O-acetate was isolated from this injection for the first time. CONCLUSION The main active constituents in Kang’ai Injection are Oxymatrine,saponins and flavonoids,which are the basic antitumor substance of this injection.
