不同剂量孕激素治疗月经失调的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Different Doses of Progesterone for Irregular Menstruation

目的探讨不同剂量激素疗法治疗月经失调的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月～2018年8月某院收治的60例月经失调患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为激素低、中、高剂量组,对比3组患者治疗总有效率、相关检查指标及不良反应发生率。结果干预治疗后,3组患者治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预治疗前,3组患者子宫内膜厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与干预治疗前比较,3组子宫内膜厚度干预治疗后均明显变薄,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但3组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预治疗后,3组患者阴道出血量及出血持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预治疗后,3组不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论月经失调患者治疗过程中采取不同剂量的激素进行治疗均取得较为理想的效果,月经量及阴道出血均取得一定改善,但是低剂量具有一定安全性,加大剂量后患者会伴随出现各种不良症状,对患者造成严重影响,因此治疗时需采取低剂量干预。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of different doses of hormone therapy on irregular menstruation.METHODS 60 cases of irregular menstruation from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group of hormones. RESULTS After intervention treatment,there was no significant difference in total efficiency among the three groups( P > 0. 05). Compared with before intervention treatment,endometrial thickness before intervention treatment was significantly thinner than that after intervention treatment,and the differences were statistically significant( P< 0. 05). After intervention treatment,but there was no significant difference among the three groups( P > 0. 05). After intervention treatment,there were no significant differences in vaginal bleeding volume and duration of bleeding among the three groups after intervention( P>0.05). After intervention treatment,the difference was statistically significant in adverse reaction among the three groups( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION Different doses of hormones in the treatment of irregular menstruation patients have achieved satisfactory results. Menstrual volume and vaginal bleeding have been improved to some extent. However,small doses of hormones have a certain degree of safety. Patients with increased doses of hormones will be accompanied by a variety of adverse symptoms,resulting in serious impact on patients,so treatment. Small dose intervention is needed during treatment.
