摘要
目的探讨临床药师在临床实践中参与制定治疗方法和调整抗菌药物使用中发挥的作用,并积累临床药学工作经验。方法回顾性分析1例由某院临床药师会诊并持续监护的罕见布鲁杆菌合并人苍白杆菌骨髓感染患者的药物治疗过程。结果临床医师在临床药师提供的治疗建议下,取得良好效果,患者病情大部好转。结论临床药师通过用药分析,确保抗菌药物正确应用,提高合理用药水平。
OBJECTIVE To recommend the comprehension of pharmacist participating in clinical medication from an example of clinical consultation. METHODS The treatment of a bone marrow infection with brucella and ochrobactrum anthropi was analysed retrospectively. RESULTS The clinical pharmacist provides the treatment suggestion to improve the patient’s condition.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists ensure the correct use of antimicrobial agents and improve the level of rational use of antibiotics through drug analysis.
