依据中药药理的精准降糖复方探讨

A Study on the Precise Hypoglycemic Compound Based on the Pharmacology of Chinese Medicine

目的通过对高频降糖中药的筛选与中药机理研究,形成疗效显著的精准降糖中药复方。方法整理近年文献研究的高频降糖中药,结合中药机理研究成果,筛选出降糖作用明确,机理清晰的降糖中药,以靶点全覆盖、处方精简为原则形成精准降糖复方。结果筛选出具有确切降糖作用的高频中药共30种,以8个降糖机制靶点全覆盖,形成精准降糖复方,初步应用于临床,疗效确切。结论依据中药药理的精准降糖复方符合中医临床循证,并有确切的降糖作用,临床疗效肯定,可应用于临床并值得进一步研究。

OBJECTIVE Through screening hypoglycemic Chinese medicines used in high frequency and studying their pharmacology,the researcher aims to form a precise compound for reducing blood sugar effectively. METHODS Collate the high frequency hypoglycemic Chinese medicines from literature studies in recent years;screen out the hypoglycemic Chinese medicines with obvious antidiabetic effect and definite pharmacology in combination of the traditional Chinese medicine research achievements;form the precise hypoglycemic compound prescription in principles of all target spots being covered and prescriptions being simple and precise.RESULTS A total of 30 high frequency traditional Chinese medicines with definite hypoglycemic effect is screened out. Then the precise hypoglycemic compound is formed by fully covering the 8 target spots including hypoglycemic mechanism and now has been initially applied to clinical treatment,with obvious antidiabetic effect. CONCLUSION The precise hypoglycemic compound formed in accordance with pharmacology is aligned with clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine and proved to have definite hypoglycemic effect. As its curative effect has been affirmed,it now can be applied to the clinical treatment and deserves the further study.
