奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗老年性胃癌的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Oxaliplatin Combined with Capecitabine in the Treatment of Senile Gastric Cancer

目的研究奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗老年性胃癌的临床效果。方法选取在某院接受治疗的老年性胃癌患者68例,根据患者的入院顺序,将患者平均分为2组,对照组患者34例,其接受奥沙利铂+叶亚酸钙+氟尿嘧啶治疗,观察组患者34例,其接受奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者有2例为完全缓解、15例为部分缓解,治疗有效率为50.00%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为35.29%,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性胃癌患者接受奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨,能够促进患者病情的好转,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effect of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in the treatment of senile gastric cancer.METHODS 68 cases of elderly gastric cancer patients who received treatment in a hospital were selected.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into 2 groups on average.34 patients in the control group were treated with oxaliplatin+calcium hyalite+fluorouracil,and 34 patients in the observation group were treated with oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine.RESULTS after treatment,2 patients in the observation group had complete response,15 patients had partial response,and the effective rate was 50.00%.The effective rate in the control group was 35.29%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION the combination of oxaliplatin and capecitabine in elderly patients with gastric cancer can promote the improvement of the patient’s condition with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
