肺力咳合剂联合氨茶碱对哮喘患儿血清炎症因子及肺功能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Feilike Mixture Combined with Aminophylline on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Lung Function in Children with Asthma

摘要 目的分析肺力咳合剂联合氨茶碱对哮喘患儿血清炎症因子及肺功能的影响。方法将2015年8月~2017年8月某院收治的98例哮喘患儿纳入研究,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组与观察组各49例。对照组给予氨茶碱针剂治疗,观察组联合肺力咳合剂与氨茶碱治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平及肺功能情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(95.92%)较对照组(81.63%)高,治疗后TNF-α[(7.34±1.85) ng·m L^(-1)]、IL-6[(43.55±17.87) ng·L^(-1)]水平均对比对照组[(14.32±2.14) ng·m L^(-1)、(95.19±18.26) ng·L^(-1)]低,而治疗后FEV1[(2.31±0.24) L]、PEF[(1.74±0.22) L·s^(-1)]指标均较对照组[(4.41±0.58) L、(3.68±0.61) L·s^(-1)]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺力咳合剂与氨茶碱联合用于儿童哮喘中可有效提升患儿临床疗效,降低炎症反应,改善肺功能。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of Feilike mixture combined with aminophylline on serum inflammatory factors and pulmonary function in children with asthma.METHODS A total of 98 children with asthma admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given aminophylline injection,while the observation group was treated with lung Feilike mixture and aminophylline.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and lung function were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate(95.92%)of the observation group was higher than that the control group(81.63%).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α[(7.34±1.85)ng·m L-1],IL-6[(43.55±17.87)ng·L-1]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(14.32±2.14)ng·m L-1,(95.19±18.26)ng·L-1],but FEV1[(2.31±0.24)L],PEF[(1.74±0.22)L·s-1]after treatment.Compared with the control group[(4.41±0.58)L,(3.68±0.61)L·s-1],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Feilike mixture combined with aminophylline can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of children with asthma,reduce inflammation and improve lung function.
