The application of mobile medical app patient management software in outpatient radiotherapy

目的比较移动医疗app患者管理软件与传统随访在门诊肿瘤患者中的应用。方法入组分析2015年共计539位在本院门诊进行肿瘤放化疗的患者,采用抽签的方式随机分成AB两组分别进行随访,其中A组232人,B组307人。采用SPSS20. 0进行两组间卡方检验,P <0. 05为统计学存在差异。结果 AB两组患者1年随访率分别为94. 8%和92. 8%,P=0. 35(P> 0. 05)无明显统计学差异;两年随访率分别为84. 5%和90. 6%,P=0. 03(P <0. 05)具有显著统计学差异。至截访期,AB组失访数分别为36例和29例。其中失去联系、不予配合、经济原因、地域原因分别为17(42. 2%)和12(41. 30%)、7(19. 4%)和6(20. 6%)、6(16. 7%)和6(20. 6%)、6(16. 7%)和5(17. 2%),P值分别为0. 64、0. 90、0. 68、0. 95。P值均大于0. 05无统计学差异。结论手机APP软件在门诊患者管理中1年期随访率较传统方法无差异,但两年随访优于传统随访方式且能满足临床资料统计大于90%的要求,是一个值得临床关注和应用的便捷辅助工具。

Objective To compare the application of mobile medical app patient management software and traditional follow-up in outpatient oncology patients. Methods A total of 539 patients who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital in 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: group A( 232) and group B( 307). The SPSS 20. 0 was used for the chi-square test between two groups. Results The 1-year follow-up rate of the two group was 94. 8 % and 92. 8 %,P = 0. 35( P > 0. 05). The 2-year follow-up rate was 84. 5 % and 90. 6 %,P= 0. 03( P < 0. 05). The number of missed visits in group B was 36 and 29 cases,respectively. The loss of contact,lack of cooperation,economic reasons,geographical reasons are 17( 42. 2%) and 12( 41%) respectively、7( 19. 4%) and 6( 20. 6%) 、6( 16. 7%) and 6( 20. 6%) 、6( 16. 7%) and 5( 17. 2%). The p value was 0. 64、0.90、0. 68、0. 95. The P value was all greater than 0. 05,no statistical difference. Conclusion The 1-year follow-up rate of mobile app software in outpatient management has no difference compared with the traditional method,but 2 years follow-up is better than the traditional follow-up method and can meet the requirement of clinical data more than 90 %,it is a convenient auxiliary tool for clinical attention and application.
