分子内Barbier反应类型研究进展
摘要
分子内Barbier反应是分子内卤代烃在金属或其他盐类化合物作用下先生产有机金属试剂,再与分子内羰基化合物反应生产仲醇或者叔醇的反应。由于是一步反应即可形成分子内碳-碳键,在构造分子内环状结构,特别是天然产物的全合成方面得到了广泛的应用。
