基因敲除技术的发展概述 被引量:1

摘要 基因敲除是一项重要的高新生物技术,在现代农业发展及医学研究领域起着重要作用。基因敲除技术从传统的同源重组、杂合性缺失(loss of heterozygosity,LOH)、体细胞打靶发展到新型基因敲除技术—锌指核酸酶技术(zinc finger nuclease,ZFN)及转录激活因子样效应核酸酶(Transcription Activator Like Effectors Nuclease,TALEN)技术等。文章综述了以上几种基因敲除技术在大中型动物上的应用进展。
