金属钛/羟基磷灰石复合涂层的制备研究综述

摘要 1研究背景钛及其合金由于其优秀的生物相容性和力学相容性已经成为人体硬组织替换应用最为广泛的金属。但是作为惰性金属,钛及其合金不能与人体自然骨发生结合,并且在体内逐渐发生离子释放和植入体块体溶解,最终导致植入体失效[1]。HA是动物骨骼和牙齿中最主要的无机成分,在人体中具有较好的生物相容性,但由于其脆性高,强度低,临床应用受到极大限制,大多应用于非承重部位的少量填充[2]。
