血管内皮生长因子-C和环氧合酶-2在原发性肝细胞肝癌中表达关系的研究

摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 -C(VEGF -C)和环氧合酶 - 2 (COX - 2 )在原发性肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中表达的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法 ,对 4 3例HCC组织中的VEGF -C及COX - 2进行检测。结果 VEGF -C高表达及中度表达 31例中 ,COX - 2高表达及中度表达 2 7例 ,COX - 2无表达及轻度表达 1 6例中 ,VEGF -C无表达及轻度表达 1 2例 ,两者的表达呈显著正相关 (r =0 4 0 7,P <0 0 5 )。结论 VEGF -C和COX - 2在HCC组织中同时高表达 ,关系密切。 Objective To find the relationship between VEGF-C and COX-2 in expression of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods VEGF-C and COX-2 were detected in 43 HCC specimens by immunohistochemical technique.Results Among 31 cases of moderate and high expression of VEGF-C,27 cases had moderate and high expression of COX-2 in carcinoma tissue,while 12 cases of no -expression or low expression of COX-2 were among the 16 cases of no-expression and low expression of VEGF-C.The expression of the both in the carcinoma tissue was significantly correlated.Conclusion VEGF-C and COX-2 have close relationship in expression level of HCC tissue.
