用SA改性水泥砂浆修补水工混凝土腐蚀表面

摘要 SA改性水泥砂浆具有优异的粘结、防渗、耐磨、耐化学介质腐蚀等性能,是一种新型混凝土表面修补护面材料。通过在江苏省淮海农场红星闸小型枢纽工程腐蚀修补中的应用以及对比试验表明:与普通水泥砂浆相比,抗拉强度提高32%,比老混凝土粘结强度提高6.5倍,抗渗能力提高2倍,抗碳化能力提高3.2倍。 The SA modified cement mortar, which offers excellent performance in cohesion, anti - permeation, wearing resistance and chemical corrosion resistance etc, is a good new material for repairing concrete surface. The application in repairing the corroded surface of the concrete structure of Hongxin Water Gate in Huaihai Farm, Jiangsu Province shows that: the tensile strength is 32% higher than the conventional cement mortar, the cohesion is 6.5 times that of the old cement and anti - permeation and anti - carbonation capability have been improved by 200% and 320% respectively.
