摘要
对一立式不锈钢盐酸储罐腐蚀失效形式进行调查分析,由于玻璃钢防护层的抗渗性较差,造成介质渗透,引起缝隙腐蚀和点蚀。焊缝部位异种材质间的电偶腐蚀和Cl-是产生缝隙腐蚀和点蚀的主要原因。采用橡胶衬里可使设备得到有效保护。
The analysis and study of corrosion failure of a vertical stainless steel chlorhydric acid tank indicates that the failure is the result of poor anti - permeation performance of FRP protection, which leads to the permeation of the storage media and crevice and pitting corrosions of, the tank. The galvanic corrosion of the different materials in the welds and Cl- are the major culprits of crevice and pitting corrosions. The application of rubber lining can effectively protect the tank from corroding.
