摘要
在现代市场经济条件下,如何加强国有资产的管理,使国有资产既不流失,又有增值。这就需要认真研究国有资产的管理体制。本文从构建国有资产管理体制的基本要求,明确界定国有产权和国有资产监管制度的核心三方面进行研究探索。
In modern market economy,researches on state-owned assets should be done to tighten up its management and make it to be increased.This paper did researches on the three parts of basic requirement of management system reform in stated- owned assets,the demarcation in State-owned property right and the core of state-owned asset superintendence system.
