摘要
未来的竞争是人才的竞争,人才的竞争归根结底是能力的竞争。张瑞敏说:"海尔人人是人才"。我们认为只要经过适当的培训,员工都有可能成为企业的优秀人才,为企业的发展创造不凡业绩。本文针对西部地区中小企业的员工培训工作,从分析西部地区中小企业经营状况对其员工培训工作的影响着手,深入讨论西部地区中小企业员工培训的现状与误区,结合笔者长期从事企业员工培训的经验,提出西部地区中小企业员工培训的方法与程序。
The competition in future is the competition of talents,the essence of which is the competition of ability after all.As Zhang Rui-ming said'Everyone in Haler is a talent.'So after training,everyone can become an excellent talent and can make great achievements for the development of the enterprise. Starting from the influence of practical condition on staff training,we have analyzed the misunderstanding and the present situation of training staff in medium and small enterprises in Western Areas,and put forward some methods in accordance with our experience in staff training.
