Determination of Dexamethasone and the Content Uniformity by HPLC

目的 建立用 HPLC法测定地塞米松片含量及均匀度的方法 ,以排除其他杂质对测定其含量的影响 ,取代现有紫外法测定其含量及均匀度。 方法 ODS色谱柱 :检测波长 2 40 nm;流动相∶甲醇∶水 ( 80∶ 2 0 ) ;外标法。 结果 回收率 99.5 9± 0 .84%( n=9) ;线性范围 :5～ 5 0 0μg·m L- 1。 结论 该法操作简便、快速、准确 ,能很好地定量测定地塞米松片含量 。

OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for the determination of Dexamethasone,so as to avoid the effection of Dexamethasone and the related substance in Assays.METHODS An ODS column and a mixture of methanol water(80∶20)as the mobile phase was adopted.The uvdetection was effected at 240nm.RESULTS The recovery rate(n=9) was 99 59±0 84%.The linear rang was 5～500μg·mL -1 .CONCLUSION The method is accurate simple and reliable.
