摘要
研究了沉淀法脱除苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)加氢催化剂时反应温度、二元酸用量、溶剂、陈化时间及离心分离条件等对脱除效果的影响,得到了较佳的反应条件:温度65-70℃,沉淀剂与金属比为2:1(摩尔比),离心分离转速4 500 r/min。沉淀剂溶剂为二乙二醇独丁醚,沉淀颗粒为0.5~20 μm的规则片状晶体。处理后聚合物中残余Al小于或等于30μg/g,Ni小于或等于10 μg/g,与美国Shell公司试样金属含量相当。中试离心机达到了小试的水平。
This paper studies the influence to the subtractive effect created by reaction temperature, binary acid dosage, solvent, samming time, and centrifugal separation condition while subtrated styrene-butadien-styrene hydrogenated catalyst by precipitation. The optimum reaction conditions are obtained: the temperature is between 65-75℃; the mol ratio between precipitating agent and metal is 2 : 1; the rotation speed of centrifugal separation is 4 500 r/min; the solvent of precipitating agent is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; the precipitating particle is regular fissile crystal sized from 0.5 to 20 μn. After treatment, the residues Al in the polymer is less than or equal to 30 μg/g, Ni is less than or equal to 10 μg/g, which is equivalent to the samples of SHELL(USA).
