摘要
应用AspenPlus建立的模型对丙烯分离过程中,丙烷中丙烯含量高的问题进行分析,发现塔盘效率达不到设计值是问题的主要原因;对回流量变化、两塔釜抽出量调整、不凝汽量减少及降低丙烯产品规格对减少丙烯损失进行了模拟分析;提出了增加塔进料口、改变流程、更换塔盘的改造建议方案。
This paper analyzes the reason that distillation of propylene in propane is high in the process of propy-lene separation based on AspenPlus simulation system.The plate efficiency can not reach the design value is the main reason. The effect to propylene loss by the changing of reflux rate, reduction of incoagulable gas and specification of propylene prodution is analyzed simulatedly. The improving suggestion such as adjustment of feed inlet, bottom flowrate and replacing tray are put forward.
