摘要
张留孙随第三十六代天师张宗演入京觐见元世祖忽必烈后 ,即作为天师代表留在大都。不久 ,张留孙因祈祷、治病有功 ,获得了世祖的宠信 ,被敕封为“玄教宗师” ,从而成为一位开宗立派的著名道教人物。玄教宗师在元代共传承了 5代。随着元朝的灭亡 ,玄教也就退出了历史舞台。但张留孙和其弟子所创立的东岳庙 ,至今仍是北京地区的重要道教宫观。
After meeting the Emperor of the Yuan Dynasty with the 36th Celestial Master ZHA NG Zong yan,ZHANG Liu sun stayed in Beijing.Soon after he was in favor of the Emperor,and was honored the Great Master of Xu anjiao.Therefore,he became the founder of Xuanjiao.The Great Master of Xuanjiao passed on for five generations.With the downfall of the Yuan Dynasty,Xuanjiao di sappeared in the Chinese history.But the Dongyue Temple set by ZHANG Liu sun an d his disciple is still an important Taoism temple in Beijing.
