摘要 0 引言 多嘧啶序列结合蛋白(polypyrimidine tract bindingprotein,PTB),在大多数哺乳动物细胞及人类原始肝细胞的胞核及胞质中均可检测到,其分子量约为57kD,故也有人称之为p57.PTB在稳态时定位于核内[1],且可通过能量依赖机制快速穿梭于细胞的胞质及胞核.
