干细胞研究的问题与对策 被引量：13

摘要 干细胞的研究就是探索有关单个细胞增生、分化,甚至发展为一个生物有机体,在成熟的机体内健康的细胞替换衰老和受损伤的细胞规律和机制的研究.干细胞的研究已深入到了医学的各个方面.本文结合近年的文献,对干细胞研究过程中,随着新的发现而来的一系列问题:干细胞的定义、干细胞的来源、干细胞的不同类型、干细胞进行医学方面的治疗潜力、干细胞应用于临床疾病的治疗必须解决的问题和需要克服的障碍等几个方面的问题和进展作一综述.
