TIPS的临床应用再评价 被引量：3

摘要 TIPS(经颈静脉肝内门体分流术,transjugular intrahepaticportosystemic stent)是一种治疗肝硬化合并门脉高压症及其他并发症的有效方法,日益受到临床的重视.他不仅对急性胃底、食管静脉曲张破裂和反复、难治性的出血有很好的疗效,而且对门脉高压症引起的顽固性胸、腹水,肝肾综合征亦有好的疗效,同时还能有效地预防等待肝移植的患者的消化道出血.尤其对部分内镜治疗不能控制的出血及一些不宜或不能耐受外科手术的患者,唯行 TIPS 治疗有效.TIPS 的近期疗效肯定,由于分流道的狭窄或闭塞,其中远期疗效尚有待进一步提高,带膜支架的研究和临床应用有望解决这一问题.本文就 TIPS 的临床应用作一再评价.
