多种因子在门脉高压大鼠空肠黏膜中的表达

摘要 目的:探讨多种因子在门脉高压大鼠空肠黏膜中的表达及其意义.方法:实验组大鼠行门静脉搏两步结扎加左肾上腺静脉结扎;应用免疫组化 S-P 染色法检测 iNOS、ecNOS、ET-1、VEGF 及 TNF-α在大鼠空肠黏膜中的表达情况.结果:实验组 iNOS、ecNOS、ET-1、VEGF 及 TNF-α表达较对照组增强,VEGF 无明显变化.结论:iNOS、ecNOS、ET-1、VEGF 及 TNF-α参与门脉高压大鼠空肠黏膜局部病变.
