摘要
新型坦克炮控系统采用液浮陀螺仪感应火炮角度,控制火炮的稳定。目前已有的文献资料缺少对液浮陀螺仪故障机理全面而系统的分析。从液浮陀螺仪的五个组成部分入手,详细分析了其故障机理,并进行故障模式及影响度分析(FMEA),对于工程技术人员准确判断陀螺仪故障部位,高效维修故障点,迅速恢复装备战斗力有着良好的借鉴和指导意义。
Liquid floated gyro is used to induct artillery angle and ensures artillery stability in late-model tank gun control system. At present,the existing documentliterature lacks comprehensive and systematic analysis of fault mechanism.Starting from five components of liquid floated gyro,a detailed analysis of fault mechanism is made,and the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis( FMEA) are conducted.This paper is of a good reference and guidance for engineers and technicians to identify the faulty parts accurately,to repair the fault efficiently and to recovery the battle force of equipment quickly.
