摘要
介绍一种基于MSP430单片机的土壤水分测量系统的开发,采用电容传感器法。该测量系统由传感器单元、MSP430数据处理控制单元、上位机单元等部分组成。传感器单元包括两块平行金属板构成的敏感元件、交流正弦激励信号产生与放大、继电器控制、有效值转换。MSP430单片机将有效值转换后的电压进行处理加工,发送给上位机。在上位机上用VC++开发人机交互界面,实现数据的显示,并将数据保存到数据库中。实验结果表明,该测量系统可以有效输出土壤水分的值。
This paper describes the measurement system of soil moisture by using the method of capacitance sensorbased on MSP430 MCU. It includes three parts which are the sensor,data processing and control unit based on MSP430 MCU and computer software. The senor has a sensitive element which is composed of two parallel plates,ac sine excitation signal circuit and amplifier circuit,relay control circuit and RMS conversion circuit. MSP430 MCU processes the voltage after RMS conversion and sends data to PC. Computer software is designed to display data and put data into database. The results of experiments show the measurement system is practical to measure the soil moisture.
