摘要
基于航炮电发火机构的工作原理,分析了使用贝叶斯网络进行综合决策的知识表示问题,通过具体实例说明了故障原因分析的过程。基于单片机和数字信号处理技术,给出了各型航炮电发火机构通用检测仪及其接口电路的设计方法。采用数字调压和模块化电路设计方法,提高了测量精度和功能扩展能力;引入自适应电势消除回路,消除了自感电势对测试电路的影响。最后给出了通用检测仪硬件设计方法和软件工作流程。
The principle of electric firing control devices of the aerial cannon is analyzed,and the integrated decision of testing mode using Bayesian networks is discussed. Based on SCM and DSP technology,design methods of the test instrument for various aerial cannon electric firing control devices are presented.Digital voltage modulation and modularized circuits are introduced to improve precision and expansibility. Self-induced voltage in test circuit is eliminated by using adaptive control loop. The hardware design and software modules are also introduced in this paper.
