摘要
研究了陶瓷粉填充聚合物基过电流保护元件的导电性能、电阻-温度特性及微观形貌。随着陶瓷粉体积分数的增加,过电流保护元件的电阻逐渐降低;当陶瓷粉体积分数达到某一临界点时,过电流保护元件的电阻急剧下降;继续增加陶瓷粉体积分数,过电流保护元件的电阻的减小趋势变缓。随着温度的升高,过电流保护元件的电阻率逐渐增加;当温度接近聚合物熔融温度Tm时,导电网络被破坏,过电流保护元件的电阻率会大幅增加,产生电阻正温度效应;超过Tm后,过电流保护元件一直处于高阻状态。
The conductivity properties,resistance-temperature characteristic and microstructure of over-current protection on polymeric component filled by ceramic powder are investigated. The resistance of the over-current protection component decreases slowly with the increasing content of ceramic powder,and then decreases rapidly when the content of ceramic powder reaches a critical value. The resistivity of the over-current protection component increases slowly with the increasing temperature,and then increases rapidly when the temperature reaches the melting temperature of the polymer because of the destruction of the conductive networks.
