摘要
相位噪声用来表征频率标准源的频稳质量。随着科学技术的发展,现代雷达装备及电子系统需要高品质的频率标准源作为日益复杂的基带信息的载波,因此,准确测量频率标准源的相位噪声非常重要。详细地阐述了PN9000相位噪声测试系统的特点,分析了通用相位噪声测试原理,同时基于PN9000基本相位噪声测试系统设计了引进某型雷达相位噪声测试系统,实现了该型雷达相关模块的相位噪声测试。
Phase noise is used to characterize the quality of frequency stability of standard frequency source. With the development of science and technology,the frequencies of the modern radar equipments and electronic systems are in need of high quality standard source as increasing carrier with complex baseband information. Therefore,the accurate measurement of phase noise of frequency standard source is very important. This article elaborates the characteristics of the PN9000 phase noise test system,analyzes the general principle of phase noise testing,at the same time designs a radar phase noise test system based on PN9000 basic phase noise test system,which realizes phase noise testing on some radar modules.
