摘要
引进的武器装备缺乏原始设计图纸,为维修工作带来诸多不便,因此通过逆向工程研究装备的工作原理十分有必要。三极管作为模拟电路中的核心元件,因其工作状态多,旁路电路复杂,成为逆向工作的重点研究对象。基于三极管的特点,分析了其测绘阶段的工作原理,结合其故障诊断方法及成因推断,研究了测试维修时混频、开关和衰减器三种应用电路的故障定位方法,完成了大量准确性高、可读性强的测绘和修理工艺,大大提高了测试修理的效率,为国产化奠定了坚实的基础。
The lack of the original blueprints might bring some troubles for the maintenance work of the imported weapons and equipment,so it is vital to study how they work through reverse engineering. As the core component of the analog circuit,the triode becomes the emphasis in the reverse engineering,due to their multiple working states and complex bias circuit. Based on the feature of the triode,the working principle of the surveying and mapping stage is analyzed. Combined with its fault diagnosis method and the inference to the cause,the fault locating method for the three application circuit including the mixer circuit,on-off circuit and attenuator circuit,is studied.Lots of accurate and readable surveying,mapping and repairing process are completed. This can raise the efficiency of the test and repair of the equipment and set solid base for domestic production.
