摘要
武器系统平台上的火力系统身管轴、电视观瞄轴、可见光观瞄轴、红外观瞄轴等多轴平行性检校是一项重要的工作。现有的检校方法难以实现快速、高精度多光谱多轴平行性检校,且无法实现全天候、任意地理环境条件下检校。针对这个问题,设计了一种多光谱多轴平行性检校系统设计方案,并完成了其中的多光谱平行光管设计。实验结果表明,该多光谱平行光管具有设计合理、操作方便、精度高等优点。
Checking the axis parallelism,including gun tube axis,television observation axis,visible light observation axis,infrared observation axison weapon system platform,is an importantwork. So far,the checking methodscan't be rapid and high-precision,and they are hard to check it in random weather and geographical conditions. According to this problem,this article offers a design about multi-spectral and multi-axis parallelism checking system,and designs a multi-spectral collimator. The experimental results show that the collimator has many merits such as reasonable designing,simple manipulation and high-precision.
