摘要
针对冲击波超压引线测试法中存在的问题,设计了一套基于FPGA的存储测试系统。系统选择ICP传感器并针对此传感器设计了相应的恒流源电路、滤波电路。装置采用FPGA芯片作为主控芯片,集采集、触发、存储、传输等功能于一体。使用该系统对冲击波信号进行测试,得到完整的冲击波波形。
Considering the deficiency of probing method for shock wave,a storage measurement system for shock wave based on FPGA is designed. An ICP sensor is used in the system. The constant current source,amplifiers and filters are designed for the ICP sensor. The FPGA chip is adopted to construct the host system. It integrates functions of collection,trigger,storage and transmission. The system is selected to measure a shock wave signal,and gets the waveform.
