摘要
针对传统二极管伏安特性测试过程繁琐,不好操作等弊端,利用计算机、NI myDAQ、精密电阻和LabVIEW软件搭建了一个二极管伏安特性自动测试系统,并采用该系统对IN4727A型二极管进行了测试,结果表明该测试系统能满足测试要求。
Against defects of traditional diode volt-ampere characteristic testing such as the cumbersome process and difficult operation,a diode volt-ampere characteristic automatic test system is built by using the computer,NI myDAQ,precision resistors and LabVIEW software. IN4727 A diode is tested by using this system. The test results show that the test system can meet the test requirements.
